When I founded Horizon Health Services in 2018, I had one question in mind: what would it take for me to feel completely comfortable leaving a caregiver alone with my own parent? That question still shapes every decision we make, from how we screen our staff to how we match caregivers with clients.
Home care is deeply personal. It happens in someone's kitchen, their living room, their most private moments. We never take that trust for granted. Our team is built of people who show up not just to complete a task list, but to genuinely know the person in front of them: their routines, their preferences, their stories.
